Tucked into the hills of the Ohio River Valley, Steve Herndon has restored an 1800's pioneer log barn as a gallery for artists and also a unique location where you can find traditional handcrafted items. Over 75 artisans are displaying museum quality furniture, cabinetry, hand blown glass, baskets, pewter, woodcarving and more. Guests can visit for workshops, demonstrations, classes or just to look around.

The Artisan Center at Maple Creek was established for two purposes: to provide local traditional artists with a permanent location to display, promote, and demonstrate their crafts; and to provide clients with a beautiful, unique location where they can find traditional handcrafted work for their homes, families, and friends.
